Cyber bullying is when you use an electronic device to harrass, threaten, intimidate, or generally bully others online. It is mostly done using a computer or cell phone. Cyber bullying is more and more common because so many kids use computers and cell phones. In fact, according to a survey, 42% of U.S. kids have been bullied online.
